The organs on both sides of the stomach are mainly the right and left kidneys, right and left ureters, appendix, cecum, ascending colon, descending colon, sigmoid colon, and liver, gallbladder, spleen, etc. If there is pain on both sides of the abdomen or pain on one side of the abdomen, it may be caused by kidney stones, appendicitis or colon tumor. If the pain is caused by kidney stone, it usually appears on one or both sides of the waist and lower abdomen, and is very intense in nature, accompanied by vomiting and hematuria, and can be further diagnosed by urinary ultrasound examination. If the pain is caused by appendicitis, the pain is usually more obvious in the right lower abdomen, with obvious pressure pain and rebound pain, and ultrasound examination of the appendix can be performed to clarify. If the pain is caused by colon tumor, generally the pain is not very intense at the beginning, and when the tumor causes obstruction, it can be manifested as abdominal distension, paroxysmal abdominal pain, etc. It is necessary to perform colonoscopy or abdominal CT to confirm the diagnosis.
