If the pain is caused by appendicitis, the pain is usually more obvious in the right lower abdomen, with obvious pressure pain and abdominal muscle tension, and can be clarified by ultrasound examination of the appendix. If the pain is caused by colon tumor, usually the pain is not very intense at the beginning, and when the tumor causes obstruction, it can be manifested as abdominal distension, paroxysmal abdominal pain, etc., which requires colonoscopy or abdominal CT to clarify.
