The State Ministry of Health requires: at least 4 check-ups per year for 0~1 year old, at least 2 check-ups per year for 1~3 year old, and at least 1 check-up per year for 4~7 year old. Specific items include: 1, weight, length, head circumference, chest circumference measurement for growth and development detection; systematic examination of the head, five senses, chest and abdomen, and limbs, etc. 2, a DDST child intellectual development test at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months, 36 months. 3, selective blood tests at 6 months, 1 year, 2 years and 3 years. 4.Selective trace elements, blood lead, dietary evaluation, and bone alkaline phosphatase measurement, as appropriate. 5.Health care guidance: guidance and promotion of feeding, nutrition, life care, disease prevention, and intellectual development.
