Eyelashes are usually caused by implanted eyelashes, which can be treated with tweezers, physical therapy (e.g. electrolysis, cryotherapy, etc.) and surgery as prescribed by the doctor.
1. Tweezer removal: For those with a small number of implanted eyelashes and scattered implanted eyelashes, tweezers can be used to remove the implanted eyelashes, but because eyelashes have the ability to regenerate, they will still recur after removal. However, as eyelashes have the ability to regenerate, they may still recur after removal. In addition, if the eyelashes are not removed completely, the broken ends of the eyelashes may irritate the eyeballs and cause discomfort.
2. Physical therapy
(1) Electrolysis treatment: For those with a small number of implanted eyelashes, the patient can use electrolysis to destroy the eyelash capsule under the operation of a doctor to prevent the eyelashes from growing backwards, and then use eyelash tweezers to remove the implanted eyelashes.
(2) Cryotherapy: It is suitable for people with a large number of implanted eyelashes, and can also be used with surgery to treat recurrent refractory implanted eyelashes. The patient can be operated by the doctor, the base of the eyelashes will be frozen, and then use the eyelash tweezers to pull out the eyelashes, this way usually will not recur.
3. Surgery: Patients may also choose to undergo surgical procedures such as blepharoplasty, or gray line incision with filler implantation after evaluation by a physician.
When eyelashes are sticking out of the eyes, you should go to the hospital in time and get standardized treatment under the doctor’s guidance.
