Kidney stones can be cured. Kidney stones, i.e. stones formed inside the kidney calyces, are common diseases of the urinary system, often formed by the gradual accumulation of urine crystals. With the promotion of medical checkups in recent years, more and more people have discovered kidney stones in their bodies, sometimes unilaterally, but also bilaterally at the same time. Kidney stones are often asymptomatic when they are relatively small, and it is only when they gradually increase in size and cause ureteral obstruction or fall off into the ureter causing severe pain that further medical attention is sought. In fact, the danger of kidney stones is relatively great, and many people have already suffered irreversible compression damage and loss of function of the affected kidney due to the large stone load and heavy fluid accumulation at the time of medical consultation. At present, the treatment of kidney stones can be solved by extracorporeal lithotripsy, percutaneous nephrolithotripsy for stone extraction, ureteral chondroscopy for lithotripsy to achieve the purpose of radical treatment. The gradual maturity and improvement of surgical techniques and instruments also provide a more minimally invasive treatment for the treatment of complex kidney stones at present. In summary, kidney stones can be cured, and relatively small kidney stones, such as single kidney stones less than 0.6 cm, can continue to be observed. Multiple kidney stones, even if they are generally smaller in diameter, are still recommended to be treated actively. We hope that patients will pay attention to them and seek medical attention in a timely manner once kidney stones are found.
