For upper pole kidney stones and upper ureteral and bladder stones: jump on both feet in situ for more than 5 minutes after 15-30 minutes of medication, jump on one foot on the affected side for middle ureteral stones, and jump on one foot on the healthy side for lower ureteral stones. Middle pole of kidney stones: it is advisable to lie on the side and take the affected side to lie upwards. Stones in the lower pole and lower calyces of the kidney: use the inverted or hip and knee position (lying prone in bed with the hips elevated and the head in a low position). Note: Exercise therapy should be suspended in case of severe renal colic and prompt hospital treatment. After lithotripsy treatment, usually more bed rest for 2-3 days before starting exercise therapy.
