The CT report of lung cancer patients is mainly to see the size and location of the lesion, and also to understand whether there is enlargement of mediastinal lymph nodes; CT report can not only help to judge the clinical stage, but also provide the basis for the next diagnostic means and treatment methods. If the CT report indicates a 2 cm mass with irregular shape, burr at the edge of the mass and no enlarged lymph nodes, it can be initially determined as early stage lung cancer, which can be cured by early surgery. If the CT indicates pulmonary atelectasis or obstructive pneumonia, pleural effusion, enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes, and the mass involves the pericardium or large blood vessels, the patient can be preliminarily judged as having middle to late stage lung cancer. However, for the confirmation of lung cancer diagnosis, pathological histological basis is often required.
