In fact, foreign bodies in the trachea is a completely preventable disease, parents of children in its occurrence and prevention to take a great responsibility, prevention points include the following 1, do not give young children to eat difficult to chew food, such as children under 3 years old do not give melon seeds, peanuts, beans, chestnuts and other hard food, peanuts are “the best dangerous products”. 2, do not cry, laugh or play when children are eating food or mouth contains something; 3, do not place small objects around children under 3 years old, including children’s toys that can easily fall off parts, button batteries, etc., so that children do not grab and put into the mouth to play, children’s toys to play under adult supervision. 4, when preparing children’s diet, special care should be taken to prevent foreign objects from being mixed, families who have the habit of making soup, be sure not to give children all kinds of bones, peanuts, beans, etc. mixed with porridge or soup. For children with a clear history of foreign body inhalation with symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, hoarseness and dyspnea, they should come to the hospital promptly; for children with a history of suspected foreign body inhalation or suspicious symptoms with abnormal chest X-ray and CT examination, bronchoscopy should be performed under general anesthesia; in addition, some children, although they do not have a clear history of foreign bodies, have long-term unexplained paroxysmal cough, low-grade fever or hoarseness, recurrent episodes of bronchopneumonia, and after drug If treatment is not effective, further history and examination should be performed to consider the possibility of a foreign body in the trachea. The only way to treat this is to remove the foreign body as early as possible.
