☆ Preoperative preparation.
Before treatment, the patient or his relatives should be informed about the diagnosis of the disease, the purpose of treatment, the method, the efficacy, and the possible discomfort symptoms, complications and accidents during the treatment, so that the patient or relatives can fully consider, and they should expressly agree to accept the treatment, and need to fulfill the agreement signature.

☆ Technical points.
1 18G needle (1.2mm outer diameter) for liver puncture and 21G needle (0.8mm) for pancreas puncture are appropriate
2 Avoid passing the puncture needle through normal pancreatic tissue and dilated pancreatic duct during pancreatic puncture
3 Review ultrasound half an hour after puncture to check for active bleeding
4 Rest in bed for 12 hours after puncture and avoid strenuous exercise
