Anal cryptitis is a common and frequent disease in anus and intestinal department, edema occurs in anal valve and sinus, which is called anal sinusitis or anal cryptitis, belongs to anal inflammatory disease. Because the symptoms are relatively mild and often ignored by patients and clinicians, but the disease is caused by anorectal surgical disorders of the main foci of infection. According to statistics, 85% of anorectal diseases are caused by sinus infection. Due to the chronic inflammatory stimulation of the anal saphenous fossa, it also has a certain relationship for the occurrence of anorectal cancer. Therefore, early treatment of anal saphenous fossa infection is of great significance in preventing the occurrence of many anorectal diseases. Anal saphenous fossa, also known as anal sinus, is located at the dentate line, between the bases of two adjacent anal columns, shaped like a half-moon, funnel-shaped opening upward, concave as a bag, poor drainage, easy to store fecal matter triggered by infections and injuries. Once infected by bacteria, it is not easy to be removed. Therefore, when the feces accumulated in the anal sinus, it is conducive to the invasion and propagation of bacteria, which leads to the violation of the anal sinus to produce inflammation, edema and increased exudate. Inflammation continues to spread outward around the anal glands, and induces infectious diseases in the anorectal area, such as paranal abscess, anal fistula, anal fissure, anal papillary fibroma and so on. There is a certain way of spreading the infection of anal cryptitis, and according to its anatomical and physiological characteristics, the infection and spread of anal cryptitis are roughly divided into three stages: Stage 1: anal cryptitis As the intestinal contents block the anal crypt, the mucus secreted by the anal glands is blocked and cannot be discharged, coupled with bacterial infection, the edematous and inflamed anal flap blocks the opening of the anal sinus, which affects the physiological function of the anal glands themselves. The second stage: perianorectal abscess, the anal gland secretion and bacteria can not be discharged into the rectum along the anal sinus opening, reflux glands, anal gland ducts caused by infection, spread to the anal gland tissue around the microvascular and lymphatic vessels, resulting in perianorectal abscess. The third stage: anal fistula Infection from the anal sinus, along the anal gland ducts, anal glands, capillaries and lymphatic vessels invade to the surrounding tissues, forming a local abscess, if the treatment is not timely, that is, transformed into an anal fistula. Strengthen the prevention and treatment of anal cryptitis: first of all, you should develop good hygiene habits, wash the anus after defecation, keep the perineum clean, can effectively prevent perianal infections; secondly, as little as possible to eat greasy, cold, spicy and irritating food, eat more vegetables, fruits and crude fiber food, keep the bowel movement, to prevent constipation and diarrhea, don’t sit for a long time and don’t stand for a long time. When found suffering from anal cryptitis, timely and effective treatment is an important preventive measure to avoid further development into various anorectal diseases. Therefore, when we consciously have anal discomfort, foreign body sensation, swelling, burning pain in the anus during defecation, but not intense. Occasionally, anal pain radiates to the buttocks, waist and lower limbs, and when there is a feeling of impurity after defecation and mucus on the surface of feces, we should go to the hospital in time for checkups and treatments to block the development of other diseases of the anus and intestines.
