Invasive carcinoma of the right breast indicates that the malignant tumor of the breast has broken through the basement membrane and infiltrated into other surrounding tissues. At this point, the tumor is likely to develop regional lymph nodes and distant metastases. Therefore, other tests are often needed to see if there are metastases in the axillary lymph nodes and in other parts of the body such as liver and lungs. According to the clinical stage, if surgery is possible, breast cancer definitely still needs to be removed surgically. After surgery, according to the pathological stage and poor prognosis, some of them need postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Depending on the immunohistochemistry, some also need endocrine drug therapy and trastuzumab targeted drug therapy. If there are metastases in the axillary lymph nodes, radiotherapy to the chest wall is often required as well.
