The presence of physiologic curvature of the cervical spine is an imaging description that indicates normal physiologic curvature of the cervical spine. Physiological curvature refers to the fact that when the spine is viewed from the side, the normal adult spine can be seen to have four physiological curves: cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and sacral, with the cervical and lumbar curves convex forward, and the thoracic and sacral curves convex backward, which make the spine more elastic, and play an important role in maintaining the center of gravity of the human body in a stable manner. Similar expressions are commonly found in physical examination reports, indicating that the alignment of the cervical spine curves is normal. It is important to pay attention to the protection of the cervical spine in daily life, and do cervical spine exercise maneuvers such as forward tilt, backward tilt, and left-right rotation every day; do cervical spine exercises such as forward tilt, backward tilt, and left-right rotation every day; maintain a good sleeping posture; and don’t work for a long period of time with your head bowed over your head. If there is any discomfort in the cervical spine, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time.
