Systolic tremor is a small vibration sensation felt in the palm of the hand during palpation, similar to the respiratory tremor felt in the larynx of cats, also known as feline wheezing. The mechanism of tremor is the same as that of interstitial tremor. It is caused by the flow of blood through a narrow caliber or in an abnormal direction to form a vortex that causes vibrations in the valves, vessel walls, or walls of the heart chambers to be transmitted to the chest wall. When tremor is detected, the site and source (valve, large vessel, or septal defect) should be determined first, followed by the phase of the cardiac cycle (systolic, diastolic, or continuous), and finally, the clinical significance should be analyzed. Treatment and prevention methods (a) Treatment of compensatory phase: 1. Maintain and improve cardiac function, avoid overburdening the heart, but combine motion and static; pay attention to the prevention of complications; diet should be light. 2.Prevent and control streptococcal infection and rheumatic activity. (ii) Treatment of decompensation: actively treat cardiac insufficiency, detect rheumatic activity and complications in time and give treatment. (3) Surgical treatment: 1, mitral valve detachment: (1) Indications: ① mitral stenosis mainly without obvious mitral valve closure insufficiency or aortic valve closure insufficiency; ② age preferably 20-45 years; ③ cardiac function in class II-III; ④ mitral stenosis with acute pulmonary edema or hemoptysis, medical treatment is ineffective; ⑤ combined pregnancy still need surgery, the most suitable within 5-6 months of pregnancy. (D) Chinese medicine treatment: 1, heart stasis: dizziness and weakness, palpitations and palpitation, coughing and hemoptysis, or see heart pain, C zygomatic purple, lips and nails, tongue cyanosis, pulse thin or knot generation. Heart and kidney Yang deficiency: palpitation, swelling, coughing and wheezing, dull complexion, lack of warmth in the hands and feet, pale tongue, thin coating, knotty or sunken and counted pulse. Treatment: Warming Yang and inducing diuresis. Remedies: Zhenwu Tang. (E) acupuncture treatment: 1, body acupuncture: take Nei Guan, inter-branch, heart Yu, feet San Li, San Yin Jiao. Heart and blood stasis with Shen Men, Tongli, Blood Sea; Qi and blood deficiency with Spleen Yu, Stomach Yu, Gong Sun; Heart and kidney Yang deficiency with Kidney Yu, Life Gate, Guan Yuan, Tai Xi; edema with Kidney Yu, Water, Yin Ling Quan, Fuyao; nausea, hey vomiting with Zhongyao, Qi Hai, Gong Sun. 2, sizzling method: heart Yu, Yu Yu, spleen Yu, Zhongyin, Shenmen. Moxa stick suspension sizzling method. 3.Auricular acupuncture: take Shen Men, Heart, Lung, Endocrine, Subcortical, Adrenal, Sympathetic.
