Prevent recurrence: (1) Instruct parents to increase nutrition for the child, engage in outdoor activities, get more sunlight, enhance physical fitness and prevent respiratory tract infections. (2) Instruct the child and parents to identify the causes of asthma attacks: a infection b food: fish, shrimp, eggs, milk, etc. c contact and inhalation: dust mites, pollen, fungi, animal dander, etc. d other: cold, dry air, strong-smelling chemical agents, etc. (3) Inhaled maintenance glucocorticoids to control airway reactive inflammation is the key to prevent recurrence, and parents are instructed to maintain medication after discharge to reduce recurrence. (4) When asthma attacks cannot be controlled with maintenance medication, seek medical attention promptly to control severe asthma attacks.
