Advanced prostate cancer is divided into locally advanced and metastatic. How long can I live if I have advanced prostate cancer? It varies from person to person, and different people have different lives. Most people live for years, a few die within a short time, and a few survive for a long time. Why does it vary so much? Besides the science involved, I have observed that it has a lot to do with the quality of the individual, his or her mindset and perseverance. Those patients who survive for a long time generally have the following characteristics: peace of mind, optimism, open-mindedness, regularity, faith, honesty, and good compliance with treatment. Those who survive for a shorter period of time also have some common characteristics: restlessness, resentment, stubbornness and suspicion, and poor compliance with treatment and follow-up.
