Commonly used nasal rinse is divided into manual nasal rinse and jet type nasal rinse.

I. Manual adjustable nasal rinse is mainly carried out by manual adjustable nasal rinse, that is, by manually squeezing specific parts of the rinse to produce water flow with certain mechanical strength to achieve the cleaning of the nasal cavity.

When using, first rotate the nasal plug port to the water output position 1 or 2 (1: smaller water output, 2: larger water output). When rinsing, place the olive head on one side of the front nostril and press it tightly, and squeeze the bottle while holding the hand that starts rinsing, and flow out from the other side of the nasal cavity or mouth to achieve the rinsing effect. The rinse solution can be used with distilled water or pure water to dissolve the nasal wash salt, and the temperature should be 40℃. It is mainly used for adults and is easy to carry.

Second, the jet type nasal rinse consists of shell, liner, nozzle and 100% natural sea salt water, of which the ph value of sea salt water is very suitable for the swing of nasal cilia and maintains the mineral and trace element content in the original sea water. During operation, the water will continue to come out for at least 2 seconds after pressing the nozzle, and the sea salt water will stay in the nasal cavity for several seconds after withdrawing the nozzle. There are three dosage forms: hypertonic, isotonic, and infant, of which the hypertonic type is a therapeutic spray, the isotonic type is a mild spray, and the infant type is a soft spray that can be used for infants and children from 0-6 years old. This type is popular because of the pure naturalness of the sea salt water ingredients, the wide audience, and the simplicity and convenience of use.
