Is exercise suitable for diabetics?

For some type 2 diabetics, doctors generally advise diabetics to exercise, watch their diet, and use medications to keep their blood sugar under control. Exercise is indeed an important part of blood sugar control. Exercise can accelerate the metabolism of sugar and the utilization of glucose. For those with type 2 diabetes caused by obesity, there are many benefits to exercise. For example, accelerate the decomposition of body fat, play a role in weight loss; enhance the body’s tissue sensitivity to insulin, restore a bit of the body’s ability to self-regulate blood sugar; can also improve cardiorespiratory capacity, to prevent obesity brought about by cardiovascular class associated with the disease. Diabetic exercise time is best to choose in about 1 to 3 hours after the meal, not in the thirty minutes after the meal. Because thirty minutes after the meal food is still being digested, this time exercise will consume the body’s glucose, which is not conducive to food digestion. When almost an hour has passed, the food has been consumed almost and the blood glucose value has come up, then proper exercise can lower the blood glucose concentration. In addition, you should not exercise immediately after insulin injection, otherwise you will be prone to hypoglycemia. The correct way of exercise is very useful and necessary for diabetic patients, and there are many factors that affect blood sugar control, so you should not give up exercise because you do not see the effect.
