Normal chest X-ray of a woman is the chest film of a normal person, the thorax and bony structures are symmetrical and obvious, there is no bulge and depression, the lung field is clear and the direction of the lung texture is natural, which may be slightly different for different women. The chest film of a normal person can see both sides of the lung field with comparable translucency, dark translucent low-density shadow, clear lung texture, spreading from the center to the outside, in the form of dendrites, gradually thinning, and the projections of bronchial tubes and pulmonary blood vessels can be seen. The upper and lower lobes of the left lung can be seen, and the upper, middle and lower lobes of the right lung can be seen. The lower border of the lung can be seen as an acute rib-diaphragm angle, which is slightly lower on the left side than on the right side. The ribs, clavicle, sternum, and spine, which make up the thorax, appear as isodense, bright white images on the chest radiograph, and the heart and great vessels are slightly less dense and clearly visualized. There are dome-like slightly whitish diaphragmatic shadows below both lungs. Women’s chest radiographs do not differ much from men’s, women’s breast tissue is mainly fat tissue, basically does not show the shadow, the appearance of the chest radiographs image difference is mainly related to the tall, short, fat and thin and so on.
