There are 3 main reasons for pain in the foot: 1. Due to the condition of cold in the plantar area, such as not keeping warm at night while sleeping, it will lead to slowing down of the surrounding blood circulation. If there is a lesion around this, it will lead to the accumulation of inflammation, slow metabolism, and the appearance of peripheral nerve irritation around it, aggravating the feeling of pain.
