What is the pain in the foot plate?

There are 3 main reasons for pain in the foot: 1. It is caused by plantar fasciitis in the plantar area, mainly due to injury, strain or excessive walking in the usual way, resulting in a gradual increase in fatigue, which will result in the formation of local inflammatory lesions, forming plantar fasciitis, which will stimulate the peripheral nerves around the foot and cause pain in the foot. 2. If the inflammation lasts too long, it will lead to the gradual deposition of calcium salts in the metabolites of local inflammation, forming osteophytes as well as calcification, which will produce extrusion and stimulation of the surrounding soft tissues, it will easily lead to inflammatory edema, which will easily lead to painful sensations on the soles of the feet. 3. Due to the condition of cold in the plantar area, such as not keeping warm at night while sleeping, it will lead to slowing down of the surrounding blood circulation. If there is a lesion around this, it will lead to the accumulation of inflammation, slow metabolism, and the appearance of peripheral nerve irritation around it, aggravating the feeling of pain.
