How to find asymptomatic infected patients with New Coronary Pneumonia

An asymptomatic person with New Coronary Pneumonia is a person who has no obvious clinical symptoms such as fever, dry cough, or malaise, but has a positive viral nucleic acid test. Asymptomatic infected persons have no symptoms, and a combination of virological and serological tests and imaging features are needed to confirm the diagnosis. The epidemiological history of the patient is also an important reference for the diagnosis and detection of asymptomatic infections. If there is no history of travel to Wuhan, Wenzhou and surrounding areas within the past 14 days (including but should not be limited to 14 days) and no close contact with suspected or confirmed cases, asymptomatic infections can be basically excluded. However, if the patient has a relevant epidemiologic history, even if no symptoms are found, the patient should be promptly reported to the community or local CDC.
