Causes of muscle pain in both arms

There are two common causes of muscle pain in both arms: first, the patient has recently performed heavy physical labor or excessive exercise such as lifting heavy objects, the fitness process to exercise the muscles of both upper limbs including biceps, triceps and forearm muscle groups, resulting in delayed muscle pain and subtle damage to muscle fibers, this condition can be rapidly relieved by muscle stretching and adequate rest; second, severe neurogenic cervical spondylosis, the nerve roots are squeezed resulting in muscle tension and pain in both upper limbs, treatment of cervical spondylosis before the pain in the upper limbs can be relieved.
