What are the symptoms of cerebral infarction

  Cerebral infarction is a lesion caused by acute occlusion of cerebral arteries with complex clinical symptoms, which are directly related to the site of brain damage, the size of cerebral ischemic vessels, and the severity of ischemia. Clinical manifestations can be divided into three categories: Typical manifestations: cerebral infarction usually has a sudden onset and rapid changes, and the main symptoms are hemiplegia, numbness of one limb, distorted mouth and tongue, slurred or inarticulate speech, etc. These symptoms are relatively common and can be recognized by the general public as the occurrence of stroke disease.  Atypical manifestations: There are also some sudden vertigo, or seeing one as two, or slurred speech, or not knowing things and relatives, or difficulty in walking, or pain in one side, or more than one shaking limb as the main manifestations, which are actually some special parts of cerebral infarction, this type of infarction is not typical, but often the condition is more prone to change, and more attention should be paid to it.  Critical manifestations: If the infarct area is large or the key part of the brain infarct will lead to confusion or even coma of the patient, which indicates the seriousness of the disease, and if the coma degree is gradually aggravated, it indicates the progress of the disease and should be treated by emergency medical consultation or resuscitation.  Therefore, cerebral infarction can lead to a variety of symptoms, and if one or more of the above manifestations occur, it suggests that a cerebral infarction may have occurred, and one should seek timely medical attention and professional diagnosis and treatment.
