How to determine your kidney!

What kind of kidney is considered good? 1.Abnormal urine. Too much or too little urine is not normal. Normal human urine volume is 1000 to 2000 ml per day, and the average is about 1500 ml per day. Whether the urine volume increases or decreases, it may be a sign of kidney disease. Especially polyuria at night is often an early sign of impaired kidney function. 2.Abnormal urinalysis. If urine protein is found in routine urine tests, it is usually a more serious kidney disease. And in the presence of urine protein, urine will produce a lot of foam. Therefore, foamy urine should be checked as soon as possible. 3. Hematuria appears in the naked eye. Hematuria with back pain is commonly seen in acute glomerulonephritis, pyelonephritis or kidney stones. And microscopic hematuria is in principle mostly seen in chronic nephritis and so on. Leukocytes, tubular, ketone bodies, urine sugar, etc., should be further examined. 4.Oedema. Edema in kidney disease is characterized by morning eyelid or facial edema, which is aggravated after exertion and reduced after rest. Severe edema may appear in the low hanging parts of the body, such as the inner part of the foot tread, both lower limbs, etc. 5. Hypertension. Hypertension can also cause benign small arteriosclerotic nephropathy, so patients with primary hypertensive disease should also frequently check the urine, if there is urine protein, that is hypertension has caused kidney damage. 6, back pain. Soreness and discomfort in the kidney area, vague pain or persistent dull pain. It may be the performance of chronic nephritis or kidney stones. When the kidney stone attack will show similar to the knife cut-like colic, unbearable.
