Normal people with transaminase 300U/L can usually be improved by adjusting work and rest, taking antiviral drugs and strengthening exercise. The normal value of aminotransferase is 0-40U/L. At present, the commonly used aminotransferase in clinical practice is alanine aminotransferase and glutamic oxalate aminotransferase, both of which can be used as indicators of liver function, and the presence of elevated aminotransferase is often indicative of abnormalities of liver function, which can be caused by staying up too late, hepatitis viral infections, and fatty liver disease, among other reasons. 1. Staying up late: if you often stay up late recently, irregular work and rest, damage to liver function, it may lead to increased transaminases, this situation should adjust the daily routine, early to bed and early to rise. 2. Hepatitis virus infection: Hepatitis B and C virus infection is common. The value of aminotransferase can be used to determine whether the liver is damaged. Hepatitis viruses can destroy liver cells, thus causing transaminases to rise, and such cases must be treated with antiviral drugs, such as adefovir, telbivudine, entecavir, and so on. 3. Fatty liver: it refers to the lesion of excessive fat accumulation in liver cells caused by alcohol, obesity, diabetes, malnutrition and other reasons. For example, patients who drink alcohol should quit drinking; obese patients should strictly control their diet to normalize their weight; diabetic patients with fatty liver should actively and effectively control their blood sugar; malnourished patients with fatty liver should appropriately increase their nutrition. Patients with elevated transaminases should seek medical attention as soon as possible to avoid delay.
