What is auto-sensitive eczema?

Auto-sensitive eczema is an allergic inflammatory skin reaction due to the absorption of a substance formed after stimulation of a skin lesion suffered by the patient. The eczema or dermatitis is usually caused by a skin lesion on a certain part of the body before the onset of the disease, and due to improper medication or treatment, the breakdown products of the traumatic tissue are absorbed by the body. Bacterial toxins are absorbed by the body and become an auto-antigen with sensitizing effects, thus triggering the disease. Self-sensitizing eczema is characterized by the aggravation and expansion of the existing local rash and the sudden appearance of scattered or dense papules, blisters, pustules, etc., accompanied by intense itching and burning sensation, all over the body after a few days. The middle-aged Japanese female patient mentioned at the beginning of the article is a typical patient with auto-sensitive eczema. After aggressive treatment of the primary lesion by the author, systemic anti-allergy and anti-inflammatory treatment, it took about a week to improve, the yellow water disappeared and the rash subsided. Dermatological knowledge tells us that the key to self-sensitive eczema is the correct treatment of the local primary lesion, improper treatment, medication, etc. can be counterproductive and lead to the disease, which ultimately leads to the suffering of patients. Therefore, I would like to tell the majority of patients, not because of the beginning of the dermatitis lesions are light, simple skin disease and arbitrary use of drugs, but should consult a professional dermatologist as soon as possible to eliminate the disease in the bud.
