Interstitial pneumonia and lung cancer are two different diseases. Interstitial pneumonia is a large group of diseases with unknown causes. The main clinical manifestation is dyspnea, and most patients have a persistent dry cough. Lung cancer, on the other hand, is a malignant tumor of the lung, which is commonly known as the presence of a mass in the lung. To confirm the diagnosis of lung cancer, lung CT and bronchoscopy can be performed, and the tissue can be removed through bronchoscopy for pathological biopsy, and different treatment plans, such as chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery, can be adopted according to the type of pathology. There is no specific treatment for interstitial pneumonia and the main treatment is symptomatic support.
