Patients with azoospermia should face reasonably and advice

The definition of azoospermia is the absence of sperm for 3 consecutive semen examinations, requiring that the semen be centrifuged for sedimentation microscopy if no sperm can be found on microscopic examination, so that azoospermia can be determined only after 3 consecutive times. If the diagnosis of azoospermia is confirmed, it is necessary to go to a regular hospital to find the cause, do male physical examination, chromosome examination, hormone test, etc., to determine whether it is obstructive or non-obstructive azoospermia, if it is obstructive, it is necessary to do epididymal or testicular aspiration, and after finding the sperm, you can prepare for second generation IVF. For non-obstructive azoospermia, there are many testicular biopsies that can also be done to find sperm in the testes, and second generation IVF can also be done. This type of IVF done for male reasons still has a high success rate if the female partner has normal fertility. For patients who do not have sperm in their testicular biopsy or do not have the financial means to do IVF, they can go to a hospital approved by the Ministry of Health to carry out artificial insemination by donor sperm, and many hospitals are now qualified to do so. It is important to note that the child so born has the same legal status as the biological child. Alternatively, there is the option of adopting a child.
