Since we carried out laparoscopic segmental renal artery block for renal tumor, partial nephrectomy with preservation of renal units (that is, complete laparoscopic removal of the tumor on one side of the kidney, preserving the remaining kidney tissue on this side, and using the artery that supplies the tumor to be found during surgery, and only blocking it during surgery, not blocking other arteries, so as to avoid other kidney tissues from lack of blood and oxygen due to vascular blockage Since the residual kidney function is impaired and the function of this side of the residual kidney is preserved to the maximum extent), a total of 35 patients are suitable for such an operation and have been followed up for almost one year. According to the review, the results seem to be better, and from the imaging data, there is no recurrence, the kidney function on the operated side is better (not to mention the function of the kidney on the opposite side), and the surgical incision is small (four holes in total). This is an improvement on our laparoscopic partial nephrectomy technique, which originally used blocking the common renal artery on one side, which may have some damage to the kidney function. Although these indicators are encouraging, we will analyze the results more carefully and try to achieve excellence to serve more patients and really achieve less trauma, complete tumor removal, kidney preservation, positive results, less complications and low recurrence rate.
