4. pull the undergarment as flat as possible so that no creases occur inside the orthosis, especially at the pressure pad site; to reduce pressure on the skin, the undergarment should also be worn on the outside of the orthosis.
5. Loosely close the clasp first, lie down when possible, and then tighten the clasp. Patients with a lateral bending angle greater than 40° should definitely lie down to wear them.
6, after tightening the buckle, put both hands on the waist to press the orthosis downward, so that the spine is extended.
7, in order to be unobtrusive in appearance, looser outerwear may be worn.
8, meals can be appropriate to loosen the orthosis, preferably with fewer meals.
2.Wearing time

3.Adaptive exercise procedures
