Resuscitation measures for hypovolemic shock

Resuscitation measures for hypovolemic shock are as follows: 1. etiological treatment: i.e., treat the cause accordingly, if the patient has organ rupture, surgical treatment is required; if there is massive bleeding, hemostatic treatment is required; 2. correction of shock: firstly, volume expansion treatment, including massive rehydration, the principle is fast then slow, crystal then colloid, salt then sugar; use vasoactive drugs to raise blood pressure, increase tissue perfusion and improve prognosis; correct metabolic acidosis; while carrying out treatment, the patient’s blood pressure, heart rate, skin moisture and other indicators should be closely observed to judge the efficacy.
