Tremor of the feet is one of the features of Parkinson’s disease. Parkinson’s disease, also known as idiopathic Parkinson’s disease (PD), or Parkinson’s disease, also known as paralysis agitans (shaking palsy), is a common neurodegenerative disease of the middle-aged and elderly, and is the most common extrapyramidal disease of the middle-aged and elderly. The prevalence is 1000 per 100,000 people over 65 years of age and increases with age, slightly more in men than in women. The main clinical features of the disease: resting tremor, delayed and reduced movements, increased muscle tone, and postural instability are the main characteristics. Foot tremor prevention and relief methods: 1, clothing: choose easy to put on and take off the zipper clothes and openings in front, do not need to set the head of the clothes. Zippers and buttons can be replaced by nylon adhesive chains. Try to wear shoes without laces, do not use shoes with rubber or raw rubber soles, because when the shoes hit the ground, it may make the patient fall forward. 2.Bathing: Put a layer of non-slip stuff such as rubber mats in the bath tub or on the shower panel, and place a low stool in the bath tub so that the patient can sit in the shower. A sponge with a long grip and gloves for bathing help the patient to take a bath. Use an electric shaver for shaving and a paper or plastic cup for brushing teeth. 3. Meals: Because the patient’s muscles are not coordinated, do not rush the patient to eat and drink quickly. Drink cold drinks with flexible plastic straws, and drink hot drinks with wide handles and light cups. Place a rubber pad under the patient’s bowl or plate to prevent sliding. Encourage the patient to increase physical activity, drink enough water, and add fibrous substances such as vegetables to the daily diet, and use laxative drugs only when necessary or as a last resort. 4. Prevent infection: Since patients with this disease are prone to bronchitis or pneumonia, it is important to deal with coughs or fevers as soon as they appear, lest serious infections follow.
