Breast cancer IDC is actually an English acronym that stands for invasive ductal carcinoma. Invasive ductal carcinoma is the most common type of breast cancer, almost 75% of breast cancers are invasive ductal carcinoma, and the diagnosis of invasive ductal carcinoma must be based on breast puncture or excisional biopsy specimens, and the pathologist can make such a diagnosis. In addition to a judgment of the nature of tumor cells, a judgment of cytologic grading, such as grade I, grade II or grade III of invasive ductal carcinoma cytology, is also required. After the complete surgery, a comprehensive review of the gross pathology, i.e., breast tissues and axillary lymph nodes, will be conducted to clarify the clinical stage of breast cancer and its molecular staging and cytologic grading to guide the comprehensive treatment in the next stage.
