Patients with cholecystitis need to control their diet. In daily life, it is better not to touch some high-fat food, too cold and too hot food, spicy food and alcohol.
1. High-fat foods: such as fatty meat, animal liver, egg yolks, etc., as well as some deep-fried foods, which contain more fat and cholesterol, may stimulate the contraction function of the gallbladder and affect the secretion of bile, thus triggering the symptoms of cholecystitis.
2. Too cold and too hot food: for example, ice-cold drinks, ice cream, or some soup or boiled water with too high temperature, etc. Frequent consumption of these foods may easily cause spasm of the biliary sphincter, resulting in pain in the gallbladder area.
3. Spicy food: including chili peppers, peppercorns, mustard, etc., excessive consumption will also increase the secretion of cholecystokinin, causing pain symptoms.
4. Alcohol: Drinking a lot of alcohol can easily promote the secretion of bile, accelerate the contraction of the gallbladder, and induce the symptoms associated with cholecystitis.
It is recommended that patients suffering from cholecystitis should have a light diet and go to the hospital for regular checkups and undergo active treatment with the help of doctors.
