Can pediatric frontal lobe epilepsy heal itself when it grows up?

Pediatric frontal lobe epilepsy is a classification of epilepsy. It is more difficult to cure if not treated. Epilepsy is a chronic brain disorder characterized by a persistent tendency to produce seizures and can be caused by different etiologies such as genetic, metabolic, structural, and immune. Seizures may cause apnea resulting in brain hypoxia affecting neurological development and may even lead to persistent neuropsychiatric disorders as the child ages. It is usually difficult to cure itself and requires long-term treatment, including regular medication such as carbamazepine, clonazepam, phenobarbital, etc. The medication should be used under the guidance of a doctor. If medical treatment is ineffective, surgical treatment needs to be considered. It is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible when pediatric epilepsy is suspected.
