The overall incidence of pancreatic cancer is not too high in China or in the world, accounting for only 2%-2.5% of all tumor cases. However, the malignancy of pancreatic cancer is very high, which leads to a very high death rate among cancers, ranking second, although the incidence is not high. The five-year survival rate of pancreatic cancer was about 5%-10% 20 years ago, around the year 2000, and it is still about 10% now. Pancreatic cancer is highly malignant, and although the incidence is low, the death rate is high, and there has not been much progress in the treatment of pancreatic cancer over the years.
