Stomach pain, nausea and vomiting are not necessarily gastric cancer, but gastric cancer may also manifest as stomach pain, nausea and vomiting. If the symptoms appear suddenly in the near future, they are mostly related to usual diet; if they appear repeatedly, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer are mostly considered. Gastritis, gastric ulcer and Helicobacter pylori infection can be treated with triple therapy, and review after four weeks of treatment. In early stage of gastric cancer, there may be poor appetite, acid reflux and epigastric discomfort, and in middle and late stage, there may be emaciation, fatigue, mental weakness, malaise, stomach pain, nausea and other symptoms. Often gastroscopy can help in the diagnosis. If the patient has repeated epigastric discomfort, accompanied by nausea and vomiting, he needs to actively improve gastroscopy to determine the cause of the disease. It is recommended that patients usually eat regularly, do not overeat, and avoid spicy stimulation, cold and greasy food.
