After registration, please go to the lobby and wait for the number to be called, your consultation number and doctor’s name are located in the lower left corner of the registration invoice. 2.You can eat and drink normally before and after the consultation. 3.After the number is called, please go to the corresponding consultation room. If there are still patients in the consultation room, please wait for a while. 4.Preparation before the consultation: If you have been tested recently, and there is no fever, cold and other special conditions, there is no need to test blood routine again before puncture, please show the blood routine report to the doctor; if there is no recent blood routine report, you need to see the clinic after the test; if there is any special abnormalities in the previous test results, please inform the doctor during the clinic time; if it is a special blood type, please inform the doctor. 5.Preparation for puncture: normal diet; no symptoms such as cold, fever, abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, diarrhea, etc. on the day. 6.Targets for puncture: pregnant women from 16 weeks to 28 weeks, the pregnancy week can be relaxed in special cases. 7.Current indications for amniocentesis in our center: high risk for Down’s syndrome screening; high risk for non-invasive prenatal screening; advanced age (greater than or equal to 35 years old); abnormal B-ultrasound signs; pregnant women with bad maternity history; pregnant women who have given birth to deformed children or children with mental retardation; pregnant women with low intelligence; others. 8. Amniocentesis Location: Shanghai Ji’ai Genetic and Infertility Treatment Center (No. 588, Fangxie Road), 4th floor operating room 9. Amniocentesis Time: If there is no special notice, the procedure will start at 13:30 on time from Monday to Saturday 10. After the notification, please go to the pre-screening desk to pick up the report with the paid invoice. (2) Amniocentesis + gene rearrangement = RMB 4300, reporting time 2 weeks, results will be notified by phone, after the notification, you can get the report by courier or please come to the pre-screening desk to get the report with the paid invoice. After filling out the courier slip, please remember the courier slip number. (3) Amniocentesis + amniotic fluid cell culture chromosome examination + monochrome fluorescence rapid diagnosis (FISH) = RMB 4,800, 3 days for rapid diagnosis report, 2 weeks for chromosome report, both reports will be notified by phone, after the notification can be couriered (both copies together) or please pick up the report at the pre-screening desk with the paid invoice. After filling out the courier form, please remember the courier number. (4) Amniocentesis + gene rearrangement + FISH = 6100 RMB, the report time for FISH is 3 days, and the report time for gene rearrangement is 2 weeks, both reports will be notified by phone, after the notification, you can express the report (both copies together) or please pick up the report at the pre-screening desk with the paid invoice. After filling out the courier form, please remember the courier number. (5) Amniocentesis + amniotic fluid cell culture chromosome examination + gene rearrangement = 6200 RMB, report time 2 weeks, suitable for balanced translocation carriers. Notify the result by phone, after the notification, you can express it (two copies together) or please pick up the report at the pre-screening desk with the paid invoice. After filling out the courier order, please remember the courier order number. 11.After the outpatient consultation, all fees will be billed together. After payment, please print 5 barcodes of identification information at the nurse workstation and give them to the outpatient doctor for identification of specimens. 12. If there are no special circumstances, outpatients in the morning can arrange for puncture in the afternoon. 13.Patients who are outpatients in the afternoon of the same day need to arrange for the puncture to be done in the afternoon of the next day, or postponed in case of holidays. 14.Special notice: All prenatal amniotic fluid reports will be notified to you or your family by phone, and will be postponed in case of holidays. 15.Note for amniocentesis will be listed separately. Rest for half an hour after the puncture procedure, and leave the hospital on your own without any special circumstances.
