Mastocytosis does not cause pain in the back of the foot.
The main symptoms of mastocytosis are breast pain, nodules or lumps, and some patients have combined nipple overflow. Patients are mostly accompanied by anxiety, depression and other poor mental health states, and some patients are combined with menstrual disorders.
Dorsal foot pain is often caused by gout, flat feet, strenuous exercise, peripheral neuritis, lumbar disc herniation, and improperly fitting shoes.
