What is the optimal blood pressure for 40-50 year olds

There is no such thing as “optimal blood pressure”, only blood pressure within the normal range. 40~50 years old normal blood pressure is systolic blood pressure less than 120mmHq and diastolic blood pressure less than 80mmHg.
40~50 years old systolic blood pressure (high pressure) 90-120mmHq and diastolic blood pressure (low pressure) 60-80mmHg belongs to the normal blood pressure; and sustained blood pressure is higher than 140/90mmHg or more can be recognized as high blood pressure, but the normal blood pressure is also with the age of the other factors and changes, 65 years old and above, the normal blood pressure is relaxed to 130/80mmHg, or even 140/90mmHg. The normal blood pressure of elderly people over 65 years old is relaxed to 130/80mmHg or even 140/90mmHg.
When measuring blood pressure, the measurement of the right arm should be accurate. It is important to measure blood pressure when it is quiet and to avoid over-excitement.
If three measurements of blood pressure on a non-same day suggest an abnormality, patients are advised to consult a doctor in a timely manner to clarify the cause and give targeted treatment.
