How long can you eat fruit after giving birth

Under normal circumstances, you can eat fruits after a week or so after normal delivery, and you need to eat fruits in moderation after defecation and exhaustion after cesarean section, usually about 2-3 days after surgery. After delivery, women’s spleen and stomach function is weak, and there is bloody vaginal dew, so they should not eat fruits too early, especially cold fruits, such as watermelon, pear, etc., so as not to affect the body recovery. If there is less bleeding after normal delivery and no special discomfort, you can carry out normal diet and eat fruits, while caesarean section is recommended to wait until after defecation and exhaustion. The diet should be light, easy to digest and nutritious. If the body is weak, accompanied by diarrhea, vaginal bleeding, etc., you need to postpone the time to eat fruit. You can choose bananas, apples, kiwis, oranges, mangoes, etc., which contain more vitamins and crude fiber. Avoid too cold when eating to prevent stimulation of the stomach and intestines with cramp-type abdominal pain.
