Luo, male, 6 months old, 231217, went to the local hospital for one month of abdominal distension and found a giant tumor in the abdomen by ultrasound, so he went to the Department of Oncology and Surgery of Shanghai Children’s Medical Center and underwent a stage I abdominal giant tumor resection. Postoperative pathology confirmed: neuroblastoma, differentiated type, FH type. The tumor was 13*9.5*7.5 cm, with grayish white section and tender texture. Additional lymph nodes were sent to see neuroblastoma cells. The oncogene MYCN FISH was negative. Postoperative chemotherapy was performed. Preoperative enhanced CT of the abdomen: a huge soft tissue mass shadow was seen in the retroperitoneal area with still clear border, size about 9.13*12.17*12cm, slightly hypointense shadow on plain scan, more punctate calcification shadow was seen inside, uneven enhancement was seen after enhancement, more small vessel shadow was seen inside, large vessels were pushed; the pancreas was compressed and pushed inward anteriorly. The liver was normal in size and morphology, and the density of liver parenchyma was uniform; the gallbladder was normal in shape and morphology; the spleen was normal in shape and density; the left kidney was compressed and shifted down, and no significant abnormal density was seen; the right kidney was normal in size and morphology, and no significant abnormal density was seen; no significant enlarged lymph nodes were seen in the posterior peritoneum.
