The main indications for chest closed drainage extubation are as follows: 1.If it is pneumothorax, the flow is gas, no gas escapes from the drainage tube within 24 hours, and the review of chest X-ray shows good lung reopening, and no recurrence within 24-48 hours of clamping the drainage tube, extubation can be considered. 2.If it is hemothorax, the drainage is bloody fluid, the drainage flow cannot exceed 100mL within 24 hours. If the drainage fluid is hemothorax, the drainage flow should not exceed 100mL within 24 hours. 3.If it is abscess chest, the drainage fluid is pus, the pus should be drained thoroughly before considering extubation, and the extubation should be done gradually, the tube should not be removed at once.
