Contraindications to radiofrequency ablation for lung cancer treatment

  Contraindications to radiofrequency ablation for lung cancer treatment (i.e., under what circumstances this method cannot be used): refers to anesthesia, radiofrequency ablation and postoperative conditions that may seriously threaten the patient’s life safety, or the patient is in the end stage of the disease.  1. brain metastasis with intracranial hypertension or impaired consciousness; 2. severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 3. obvious coagulation dysfunction; 4. severe interstitial lung lesions or multiple pulmonary alveoli formation with hypoxemia or (and) hypercapnia; 5. hemoptysis; 6. pleural effusion or pericardial effusion of moderate amount or more; 7. active lung infection; 8. malignant mass with estimated survival <3 months.
