What’s wrong with celiac cysts and how do you treat them?

Cervical cyst refers to cervical erosion and cervical cyst, the former is related to estrogen level and the latter is related to retention of glandular secretion, which needs to be treated with medication, surgery and physical therapy for the cause. 1. Cervical erosion (1) Causes: Cervical erosion, i.e. cervical columnar epithelial ectasia, is a physiological change, not a disease, mainly related to the excessive secretion of estrogen level in the body, mostly seen in adolescence, pregnancy, childbearing age, long-term oral contraceptives for women. (2) Treatment: Cervical columnar epithelial ectasia can disappear on its own with changes in estrogen. For cervical columnar epithelial ectasia of large size should be considered for physical therapy, such as electrocoagulation, cryotherapy, laser therapy and so on. 2. Cervical cysts (1) Causes: Cervical cysts occur mainly due to the obstruction or narrowing of the cervical ducts, which leads to the retention of secretions in the glands and the subsequent formation of cysts. Common risk factors include poor hygiene, severe malnutrition, and a history of unclean sex. (2) Treatment: If the patient is asymptomatic, no special treatment is usually needed. If it is caused by chronic cervicitis, antibiotics such as azithromycin and doxycycline need to be applied as prescribed by the doctor. For smaller cysts, physical treatments such as laser, microwave and freezing are needed, while for larger cysts, surgical treatments such as hysteroscopic electrosurgery and cervical adenocystostomy should be considered. Generally, after standardized treatment, the prognosis of the above two diseases is good, and patients need to consult the doctor in time to avoid delaying their condition.
