How to relieve pain in advanced lung cancer

Pain relief in advanced lung cancer requires the following two aspects: 1. treating the symptoms: giving pain relieving drugs to relieve pain, and pain relieving drugs have treatment principles, i.e. three-level pain relief therapy. For example, only non-steroidal antipyretic analgesics are given for primary pain, weak opioid analgesics are given for secondary pain, and strong opioid analgesics are given for tertiary pain; 2. Treatment: treatment for lung cancer itself, including radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted drug therapy, immune PD-1 and PD-L1 therapy. Lung cancer pain is mostly caused by skeletal invasion, and the pain invades the thoracic and lumbar spine, so the better way to relieve pain is to do radiotherapy. Radiotherapy is a more accurate and effective pain treatment with less side effects, so the pain situation is considered from two aspects: treating the symptoms and treating the root cause.
