The correct understanding of HPV positivity

Nowadays, people’s living standard has improved and their awareness of medical checkups has also become stronger. In cervical checkups, TCT and HPV have become two important checkups, and the combination of the two is significant for early detection of cervical precancerous lesions and early treatment to prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer. But nowadays, many patients do not have a correct understanding of HPV positivity. Many patients think they are going to have cervical cancer once they find out their HPV positivity, and they are so scared that they do not want to eat or drink, which is actually unnecessary. First of all, we should understand that HPV is a kind of virus, and some high-risk HPV types are prone to cervical cancer if they are continuously infected, but it does not mean that as long as you are positive for HPV, you will definitely get cervical cancer. Because HPV, since it is a virus, will be unavailable, many patients will panic when they are found to be infected with HPV in their physical examinations. The result of HPV should be combined with TCT to make a treatment opinion for the patient. If TCT is normal and simple HPV high-risk type is positive, people do not need to be nervous, this virus must be continuously infected before it may lead to cervical cancer. So what to do if you are positive for HPV, there are different opinions and many treatment drugs. However, I think that there is no effective drug for HPV that can make it turn negative, so I am not in favor of many drugs on the market for people to use. The right approach should be: exercise, enhance physical fitness, balanced nutrition, and a relaxed mood, many patients HPV positive can be turned negative.
