Which works better, Keratan or Kerastatin?

Keratan and Kerastin are loratadine and ebastine, both of which have basically the same indications and should be applied reasonably according to the condition, without comparability. Loratadine is indicated for patients with seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis, and can also be used for allergy-induced urticaria and pruritus. It is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to the product. It is used with caution in severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, pregnancy and lactation. Ebastine, on the other hand, is a long-acting, potent and highly selective histamine H1 receptor blocker, clinically indicated for allergic rhinitis, urticaria, dermatitis, eczema and pruritus. Adverse reactions include headache, drowsiness, and dry mouth. It is contraindicated in allergic individuals and those with severe hepatic impairment. At present, there is no clinical study to show which one is better, loratadine or ebastine tablets, and the choice of both is recommended to be selected under the guidance of a doctor for rational application.
