Understanding cardiovascular disease risk factors

  Cardiovascular disease has become the primary problem that endangers the health of Chinese people, and the prevention of cardiovascular disease has become an urgent matter. Understanding the risk factors for the occurrence of cardiovascular disease is the basis for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Risk factors of cardiovascular diseases are divided into two aspects: i. Non-modifiable risk factors, mainly including the following four aspects: 1. family history of cardiovascular diseases; 2. gender; 3. age; 4. race.  Second, the risk factors that can be changed, mainly include the following aspects: 1, smoking; 2, hypertension; 3, high blood pressure; 4, lack of exercise; 5, mental stress; 6, diabetes; 7, overweight; 8, excessive alcohol intake.
