Fibrosarcoma belongs to malignant tumor, the chance of recurrence or metastasis is relatively high, the surgery needs to expand the resection, and also needs further treatment such as postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy. However, there is no professional data to show the recurrence rate of fibrosarcoma after surgery, early diagnosis of the lesion and surgical treatment, the recurrence rate after surgery is lower. Fibrosarcoma is mostly found in the oral cavity, maxillofacial region, breast and other areas. It occurs in young adults, and in most patients the lesion develops rapidly and may appear as an elevated mass in the oral, maxillofacial, and mammary regions, which may be accompanied by a burning sensation, pain, and ulceration of the tissue. Surgical treatment is the mainstay of treatment for this lesion. If the lesion is diagnosed early in the course of the disease and surgically resected, adjuvant postoperative radiotherapy (e.g., cyclophosphamide, adriamycin, etc.) can greatly reduce the chances of recurrence of the lesion. At the same time, it can also improve the survival time of patients. If the patient is in the middle stage of the disease, advanced stage, may or has already developed lesion metastasis and so on. There is a greater chance of recurrence after surgery and patient survival time may be shortened.
