Introduction to Bioimmunotherapy

Bio-immunotherapy is to extract single nucleated cells from the patient’s body by scientific and technological means, induce and cultivate DC and CIK cells with healthy activity in the laboratory after a certain period of time by special methods, and proliferate and infuse back to the patient in large quantities to directly identify, kill and destroy cancer cells existing in the blood and lymph of the human body without damaging and destroying the immune system and functions of the body. Bio-immunotherapy is not only the same as radiotherapy and chemotherapy, but also the same as the other treatments. Biological immunotherapy is distinctly different from radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and has the advantages of strong tumor-killing specificity and low toxicity. By regulating and enhancing the immune defense mechanism of tumor patients, it can comprehensively remove all kinds of residual cancer cells and prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis, and also enhance the immunity of human body against cancer; it has significant effects on increasing the survival rate and improving the quality of life of patients. It can kill microscopic lesions that cannot be killed by surgery; remove dormant tumor cells that cannot be killed by radiotherapy; enhance the sensitivity of radiotherapy drugs; reduce the toxic side effects of radiotherapy; and enhance the anti-cancer immune function of patients. Biological immunotherapy is a new treatment method to stimulate the autoimmune system to fight against tumors by modern biotechnological means, in which DC cells and CIK cells are two important components of this treatment method, the former recognizes antigens and activates the acquired immune system, while the latter kills tumor cells by exerting its own cytotoxicity and secreting cytokines, the combination of which ensures an efficient and harmonious immune system. The combination of the two ensures an efficient and harmonious immune system. Kidney cancer patients choosing this method of treatment can effectively kill tumor cells, shrink the tumor, prevent its metastasis and spread, prolong patients’ survival and improve their quality of life. Biological therapy is targeted at patients with advanced tumors who have lost the chance of surgical treatment or have relapsed and metastasized. According to the specific conditions of patients, direct application of biological therapy can rapidly relieve the symptoms of patients with advanced tumors and prolong the survival period.
